Escrow Terms
These Terms of Escrow govern the use of TinySoko’s escrow service for transactions involving the buying and selling of social media accounts. By using our escrow service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Definitions
- Escrow Service: The service provided by TinySoko to hold and manage funds during a transaction until the agreed-upon conditions are met.
- Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing a social media account through TinySoko.
- Seller: The individual or entity selling a social media account through TinySoko.
- Transaction: The process involving the sale and purchase of a social media account, including the transfer of account details and funds.
Escrow Process
- Initiation: Once a seller accepts a buyer’s offer, the buyer must fund the escrow wallet with the agreed purchase price.
- Notification: TinySoko will notify the seller once the escrow wallet is funded.
- Account Transfer: The seller provides the account transfer details to the buyer through TinySoko’s secure dataroom.
- Review: The buyer reviews the account transfer details and confirms whether they are correct and complete.
- Completion: If the buyer confirms the details, the transaction is marked as complete, and the funds are released to the seller.
Responsibilities
- Seller Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and complete account transfer details.
- Ensure that the account being sold is free from any disputes, bans, or restrictions that could impede the transfer.
- Buyer Responsibilities:
- Fund the escrow wallet with the agreed amount promptly.
- Review the account transfer details carefully and confirm the transfer if the details are correct.
Disputes
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between the buyer and seller regarding the transaction, TinySoko will mediate and provide a resolution.
- Binding Decision: Both parties agree that TinySoko’s decision in any dispute is final and binding.
Fees
- Escrow Fees: TinySoko may charge a fee for the escrow service, which will be disclosed to both parties before the transaction begins.
- Payment of Fees: Fees will be deducted from the escrow funds before the balance is released to the seller.
Release of Funds
- Conditions for Release: Funds will be released to the seller only after the buyer confirms that the account transfer details are correct.
- Time Frame: If the buyer does not confirm the transfer within a specified time frame, TinySoko reserves the right to release the funds to the seller, provided that the seller has fulfilled their obligations.
Refunds
- Buyer Refunds: If the buyer does not receive the correct account transfer details, TinySoko will refund the escrow funds to the buyer, subject to the resolution of any disputes.
- Seller Refunds: If the transaction is canceled before the buyer funds the escrow wallet, no fees will be charged, and any previously paid amounts will be refunded.
Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: TinySoko provides the escrow service “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.
- Liability Cap: TinySoko’s liability for any claims arising from the escrow service is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user for the specific transaction.
Termination
- Termination by User: Either party may terminate their use of the escrow service at any time before the escrow wallet is funded.
- Termination by TinySoko: TinySoko may terminate the escrow service for any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Governing Law
These Terms of Escrow are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes to Terms of Escrow
