Account Registration

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use TinySoko.
2. Account Information: When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Listing and Selling Accounts

1. Submission: Sellers can list social media accounts for sale at no cost by submitting relevant details through our platform.
2. Accuracy: Sellers must provide accurate, authentic, verifiable and complete information about the accounts they list, including follower counts, engagement metrics, and any restrictions or limitations.
3. Compliance: Sellers must ensure that they have the legal right to sell the accounts and that the sale complies with all applicable laws and the terms of the respective social media platforms.

Buying Accounts

1. Offers: Buyers can browse listings and send offers to sellers.
2. Acceptance: Once a seller accepts an offer, the buyer is required to fund the escrow wallet to initiate the transaction.

Transaction Process

1. Escrow Funding: The buyer funds the escrow wallet with the agreed amount.
2. Notification: The seller is notified to send the account transfer details to the buyer via TinySoko’s secure dataroom.
3. Account Transfer: The seller provides the necessary account transfer details to the buyer.
4. Confirmation: The buyer reviews the transfer details. If the details are correct, the buyer confirms and closes the deal.
5. Payment: Once the deal is closed, TinySoko releases the funds from the escrow wallet to the seller.

Fees

1. Service Fees: TinySoko charges 4% escrow service fees for transactions conducted through our platform. These fees will be clearly highlighted, communicated before any transaction is completed.

User Conduct

1. Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, violating the rights of others, or using TinySoko for any unlawful purposes.
2. Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their use of TinySoko.

Dispute Resolution

1. Resolution Process: In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, TinySoko will provide a dispute resolution process to facilitate a fair outcome.
2. Binding Decision: Users agree that TinySoko’s decision in any dispute is final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty: TinySoko provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services.
2. Liability Cap: TinySoko’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

1. Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting TinySoko support.
2. Termination by TinySoko: We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms or any activity that may harm TinySoko or its users.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to Terms of Use

TinySoko reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of TinySoko after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
